Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Deepak Ahuja

Deepak Ahuja is a seasoned C-level executive with over three decades of leadership experience in banking and insurance across the UAE and GCC. A passionate entrepreneur, strategic advisor and investor for the past 18 years, he has built a diverse portfolio spanning education, fintech, health tech, insure tech, mobility, golf, and venture capital. As CEO & Co-founder of iAccel GBI, a leading go-to-market accelerator, he plays a pivotal role in helping tech startups scale across the MENA region. Deepak also holds strategic stakes in Thriwe, India Accelerator, and DPS Schools in Doha, and serves as an advisor, mentor, and board member to several high-growth ventures and financial institutions.

Divya Bathija is a strategic business leader with over two decades of experience across banking, technology, and diversified conglomerates. With a focus on digital transformation, innovation, and customer experience, she has led award-winning programs and built data-driven ecosystems that deliver measurable impact. At iACCEL GBI, she serves as Partner and Chief Business Officer, driving growth, strategic partnerships, and Elevix, the flagship initiative helping startups scale through curated capability partners. Her career includes leadership roles at Al Ghurair, RAK Bank, and Mashreq and Ark Capital Management where she currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. She drives Elevix’s mission to empower startups with the right resources to scale and grow.
