What is Elevix and how is it different from other startup platforms?
Elevix is a capability center designed to help startups grow faster by giving them access to expert partners, curated resources, and practical workshops. Unlike generic startup directories or online courses, Elevix connects you directly with vetted partners and mentors who understand the challenges of expanding in the MENA region.
How does Elevix help startups expand in the MENA region?
We connect startups with trusted market access partners, industry experts, and growth advisors who can give you provide you with services you need to scale and grow in the region. Instead of navigating the market alone, Elevix gives you a guided entry backed by real networks and know-how.
Is Elevix only for tech startups, or do you support other industries too?
While many of our members are tech-driven, Elevix supports startups from across industries — health, fintech, edtech, sustainability, consumer products, and more. If you’re looking to grow in the MENA region, Elevix can add value.
Do I need to be part of iAccel’s accelerator to join Elevix?
No, you don’t. Elevix is open to all startups, whether or not you’re part of iAccel’s accelerator program.

What’s included in the Basic, Growth, and Scale plans?
Each plan includes access to workshops, advisory sessions, and use of our collaborative space. Basic gives you the essentials, Growth adds more advisory and workspace access, while Scale is designed for startups that want maximum engagement and support.
Can I upgrade my subscription plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Many startups begin with Basic and move to Growth or Scale once they see the benefits.
Do you offer monthly payment options, or is it only annual?
Currently, Elevix subscriptions are annual. This ensures you get the full benefit of resources, workshops, and sessions spread across the year.
Are there any discounts for early-stage or student founders?
We occasionally run promotions and special discounts. If you’re a student founder or a very early-stage startup, reach out to us directly to explore options.
Can multiple team members from my startup access Elevix under one subscription?
Yes, one subscription covers your whole startup team. Different members can attend workshops, advisory sessions, and use the resources.

Who are the Capability Partners and how are they vetted?
Capability Partners are trusted firms and experts selected based on proven results, industry reputation, and relevance to startups through a clear evaluation process and are approved by a panel of experts. We only onboard partners who have a clear track record of helping companies succeed.
How do I book advisory sessions with mentors?
Once you subscribe, you can book sessions through your member dashboard. Each plan comes with a set number of advisory sessions per year.
What kind of workshops are available, and how often are they updated?
Workshops cover topics like fundraising, marketing, legal, market access, product design, and more. We refresh the lineup regularly so you always get the latest insights.
Can I request a workshop on a specific topic?
Yes! Members often suggest topics, and if there’s enough interest, we bring in an expert to cover it.

How do I reset my password or change account details?
Just go to your account settings on the platform and click on “Edit Profile” or “Forgot Password.” You’ll get an email with easy steps.
Is my data secure on the platform?
Yes, we use industry-standard security protocols to ensure your information is safe and private.
How do I cancel my subscription if I no longer need it?
You can cancel anytime through your dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of your subscription period.
What happens if I exceed the allocated sessions in my plan?
You’ll have the option to purchase additional sessions at a member-only discounted rate.
